Stack City BBQ was founded on the basis of bringing you new flavors that may be a break from your traditional Texas BBQ. We bridge the taste bud gap of the Dirty South from Memphis, to the Carolinas, Alabama, and Texas. Along with our delicious smoked meats, Stack City offers four different award-winning BBQ sauces. Beginning as a food trailer in 2006, originally named Sugar Shack BBQ, and in August 2014 opened a brick and mortar location. Co-Founder Mark Avalos, has been featured on Travel Channel and Food Network for his famous pulled pork sammies. Visit our restaurant, order catering to you, or find our food truck around Austin!
